Assessment of Behavior and Emotion (BASC-3)

The BASC-3 Behavior and Emotion Screening Test is considered the Gold Standard for the assessment of behavior and emotion, both for identifying strengths and weaknesses in various domains. The age range in which this test can be applied is from 3 years to 18 years 11 months.

Some behavioral and emotional factors that the BASC-3 Test measures:

✅Aggression, school problems, anxiety, depression, academic skills, hyperactivity, leadership, learning problems, attention problems, relationship with parents, stress, somatization, bullying, anger management, executive functioning, resilience, social development disorders, attention control, behavioral problems among others

Behavioural and emotional difficulties must be assessed from a variety of perspectives. This is why the BASC-3 offers, through a questionnaire, the possibility of collecting information from parents, teachers or guardians and from the patient themselves (in the case of children over 8 years of age).

👉🏼 What makes this assessment special and useful? The enormous amount of information it collects. That is why if your child is presenting any type of behavioral or emotional difficulty, do not hesitate to ask about our evaluation packages geared toward this need.
