Entrepreneurial Brain #4 with Ericka Camaño - Entrepreneurship in Psychology Panama

🧠 In this episode #4 we had the opportunity to interview Ericka Camaño, who shared with us her experience of overcoming her problems while studying Psychology. She also shared with us her learning process and academic training regarding psychological trauma.

⚡️ From a mental health perspective, trauma is understood as the response to an event that the person has considered highly stressful. Quoting psychologist Ericka Camaño, depending on the circumstances, context and reality of each person, this trauma may be simple, complex or interrelational.

🙌🏻 Due to the complexity and sensitivity of these cases, remember to properly go to mental health professionals who, in addition to their training in mental health, have taken courses and academic programs specialized in trauma.

Likewise, our entrepreneurial guest shared valuable experiences related to transversal skills that today's psychologist must develop: knowledge related to time management, self-care (that is, having a balance between personal and professional life), being self-taught, constantly updating oneself, having knowledge about the market, marketing and technology are some of the recommendations provided by Ericka in this episode.

Thank you for supporting health entrepreneurs! And stay tuned for future episodes of CerebroEmprendedor.
