Study Habits Assessment (IHE)

🔎The Study Habits Evaluation (IHE) is an instrument used in people between 12 and 25 years of age to measure elements that are related to the habits, attitudes and conditions with which students face their study profession.

The Study Habits Inventory (SHI) is a useful test to evaluate various processes related to study habits, which are defined as those behaviors and actions that people perform to optimize their learning in a better way. It is therefore an indispensable and predictive skill when talking about the use of learning in academic and educational environments.

🤓 The elements evaluated by the Study Habits Assessment (IHE) are the following:

💡Environmental conditions of the study

📚 Study planning

⚛️ Use of materials

🧠 Content assimilation

🧐 Who could benefit from such an assessment?

▶️ For schools that require evaluating an entire group of students who are experiencing barriers and obstacles when developing appropriate study habits.

▶️Parents interested in identifying study processes that could be improved, either from an environmental or personal point of view. Once the study habits to be improved have been identified, it is possible to plan an intervention program that helps minimize the risk of school failure and academic difficulties.
